If faxing an order into HP, please be sure to add your email address onto the body of the PO or the cover page of the fax. This should provide you with an order confirmation within 48 hours of receipt of the fax. If you do not receive the order confirmation with 48 hours this may indicate that there is an issue with your PO (for example: fax was not received, PO is not readable, etc.).
